1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product packaging is tampered with upon delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase and product images/videos may be required
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers
- Change of mind after purchase
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be transferred via bank transfer or UPI
4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund, depending on product availability and issue verification
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary
